As a practicing physician, Dr. Carl F. Charlot, MD, MBA, watched patient after patient leave the hospital only to return weeks later — not because the medicine failed, but because no one was there to help them safely at home.
So in 2008 he founded Visual Home Care — pairing hospital-grade clinical oversight with genuine warmth: a registered nurse overseeing every plan, caregivers who are employees and stay, and families treated like his own.
